Distributed ledger
infrastructure for finance
We build blockchain systems for companies that need transparent settlement, programmable compliance, and cross-border operations without intermediaries.
What working with us changes
Settlement without banking rails
Your transactions clear on-chain in minutes instead of days. No correspondent banks, no SWIFT delays, no weekend holds.
Compliance encoded in contracts
Rules execute automatically. KYC checks, transfer limits, and jurisdictional restrictions run as code, not manual reviews.
Audit trails built into the ledger
Every transaction is timestamped and immutable. Regulators can verify activity without requesting reports from your team.
Liquidity across borders
Move value between markets using stablecoins or tokenized assets. No foreign exchange markup, no wire transfer fees.
These aren't theoretical benefits. Clients report settlement times reduced from 3 days to 12 minutes and compliance overhead cut by two-thirds once the system is live.
How the system adapts to your constraints
Regulatory mapping
We identify which jurisdictions apply to your flows and encode their requirements into smart contract logic.
Network selection
Public, private, or hybrid — we choose based on your privacy needs, transaction volume, and counterparty trust model.
Integration layer
Your existing ERP, treasury system, or accounting software connects via API. No rip-and-replace.
Incident response
When a transaction fails or a counterparty disputes, we trace it on-chain and resolve it without escalating to legal.
What this asks of you
You need internal buy-in from finance, legal, and IT. Blockchain touches all three, and they'll need to coordinate during implementation.
You'll run a parallel system for at least two months while we verify accuracy. This means dual reconciliation until you're confident enough to switch over.
Your team will need training. Not to write smart contracts, but to understand how transactions execute and what to check when something looks wrong.
You're committing to a minimum 18-month engagement. The first six months are build and test, the next year is optimization and scaling.
Cross-department alignment
